Soya Granules Burji - Nisha Baliga Shenoy
Recipe:
1 cup Soya granules
2 onions
2 tomotoes chopped
1 tsp chilly pd
1 tsp garam masala pd
1/4 tsp haldi pd
2 tsp coriander leaves chopped
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
3 green chillies chopped
salt to taste
oil.
HOW TO PROCEED
Take 3 cups of water and completely immerse 1 cup of soya granules in it.
Add a pinch of salt. Cook it for 2 minutes.
Remove from flame . Drain it thru a strainer. Rinse well in cold water 2 - 3 times.
Squeeze dry for further use.
Heat oil in a pan. Add onions and fry well.
Add the tomotes and saute.add the ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell disappers.
Now add the dry powders.and fry well.
Add the squeezed soya granules and mix well.
Add salt to taste.Cook for 2 minutes with closed lid.
Check for salt and spice.
Mix well
Garnish with Coriander leaves.
Serve hot as side dish with rotis or even as a snack.
