Fish Tawa Fry

Fish Tawa Fry - Sabitha Shenoy

Apply little salt to fish and keep it aside. Then mix red chilly powder, salt, hing, coriander powder, haldi with little water and apply to fish. Marinate. On Tava take little coconut oil, add curry leaves and place the marinated fish, shallow fry on low flame. Serve with onion slices and lemon wedges
