Crispy Noodles

Crispy Noodles - Sumesh Rao T

Recipe: 

Grated carrot & gobi (made it with carrot & bean slivers last time) lightly fried in oil, with 1 tbsp noodles Masala (I use Kwality), half teaspoon salt, a punch of Pepper coriander & turmeric and two noodle cakes broken into quarters, add a thimble of soy sauce and fry while stirring, add one & half cups water. Put on gentle simmer till the water is absorbed. Serve hot to hungry little people.
