Arabic Sharwarma


Arabic Sharwarma - Prathiba Maller

Method:

This is a Middle Eastern Cuisine !
We love it !
You will need the following...
Buy 6 pitta bread from the bakery store.....if not available you can use chappathis instead of pitta bread .
Mince chicken of 200gms
Chopped a few green olives
Chopped one tomato
Chopped onion
Chilli sauce for taste
Mayonnaise for spreading on pitta bread
Warm pitta bread for 10 secs to keep soft.
Apply mayonnaise on the pitta bread
Cooked mince chicken directly from pan fried pan with Arabic masala bought from store
Add chopped fresh perishable veggies
Chilli sauce
Roll tight with foil paper
Can be eaten cold or hot of your liking !
