TOMATO BURFI

TOMATO BURFI - Vidya Nayak ShenoyBlanch tomatoes in hot water n remove skin now puree it in blender..prepare sugar syrup ( one thread consistency) add this puree n stir till it thickens add 2 tbsp ghee .. cardamom pd n raisins n cashews roasted in ghee... spread on a greased plate n cut when cool....
