Mix oats and wheat in equal quantity add salt and make a dosa batter adding sufficient water. Keep the batter thin. Season with mustard , curry leaves and green chillies. Make Dosas applying oil and fry till nicely browned. You will love the taste of oats and it's healthy too. U can have it plain if u love it's natural taste or with any chutney of your choice.
