Paneer Tikkies with Mint Chutney - Laxmi Bhandary


Ingredients: 
200 grams paneer mashed, 2 tbsps chopped coriander leaves, 2 green chillies, finely chopped, 1/2 tsp sugar, 2 tbsps corn flour, 1tsp chopped cashew nuts. 2 tsps raisins, oil for shallow frying, salt to taste.

Method:
Mash the paneer thoroughly. Add coriander leaves, green chillies, sugar, corn flour and salt and mix well. Mix the cashew nuts and raisins. Shape the paneer mixture in to small balls. Press a little in the center of each ball, fill some cashew nut - raisins mixture and close. Roll the tikkies in some corn flour. Shallow fry in oil in a tava. Serve hot with mint chutney.
