Piyava Ghalnu Tandla Bhakri(Rice Bhakri with Onion) - Anu Nayak
Recipe:
To rice flour add a lil butter, salt, milk, chopped green chillies, chopped onions n coriander leaves and a little grated coconut. Knead the mixture well to a dough softer than chapati dough. Now take a ball of this mixture. Lay it in the centre of a pan placed on heat. Press slowly wid moist fingers to make a bhakri.spread butter on all sides and roast on sim flame till crisp and done.
