Beetroot Aloo Cutlets  -  Suman Bhat

Recipe:

Boiled beets and potato and skinned it.mash with masher add ginger garlic green chilli paste salt lemon juice and coriander leaves and enough bread crumbs to make nice ovals.roll in rava deep fry.u can add any veges of ur choice.peet should not be sticky so title bread crumbs ghalka .all proportion is as per taste and dole andazo, but whatever u do it will taste good.
