Curry Leaves Chutney Powder

Curry Leaves Chutney Powder - Rama Kini‎


With putani (roasted chana dal).

Recipe:

Roast 1/2cup grated copra till brown. Roast 4/5red chillies along with a small piece of tamarind. Finally roast curry leaves....take around 20 sprigs of curry leaves. Cool all the roasted ingredients. Add 1/2cup of roasted chana dal (putani or hurikadale) to the other ingredients along with salt and powder in a mixer till fine. Store in a dry jar.
