Boil soaked channa and keep aside, fry onion till it turns light brown, now add ginger garlic paste, one slit green chilly, fry for sme more time, now add tomato puree fry till oil leaves from the side, now add haldi ppwderd, kashmiri chilly pd, little dhania jeera pd, little garam masala pd,little amchur pd, & everst channa masala pd little and salt mix properly for 1 min and add boiled channa and add 1 cup of water boil it nicely on first big flame for 2 min then on low heat till you see oily layer on the top keep stirring in between.garnish with corainder leaves. Enjoy with roti
