Badampuri - Anuradha Mudalagiri Kamath

Recipe:
1):1/2 kg Maida 2)1/8 Tuup, 3)1/2 kg sakkara 4) 25-30 badam (Cut kelle) 5) Thodi kesari ani thodi yela pitti 6) tolchaka Tuup.
1) Tuup hunaa kornu maidantu ghalnu ek pinch meet ani thode uddak ghalnu ghatti kornu kallonu 15-20 minute dovorche.
2)Kallayile Maida chi sann guli kornu san san puri munke lattunu takka madde thode tuup lavnu vopas ani madchunu tuup lavnu triangle shape kornu vopas lattuche.
3)Pura lattilele Badampuri tolnu (Golden colour) dovorche (He phugcha divchana)
4)Sakkare pak kartana tantu yela pitti,kesari ghalnu tantu thode udda ghalnu double taar pak kanu tantu huna pakantu puri ghalnu kudle kanu vairi Badama kudke ghallyari Ruchi Ruchi BADAMPURI TAYYAR. (pak nivlyar layek jayina....pak daatu jallyari mdde thode udda ghalnu paak sama kornu ghevka(Gas on aska puri paka ghaltana)(Pakantu ghallele puri vingad vingad dovorka talle kudle badama kudke ghalka....huna ekkavairi ek davarlyari pura ekka ek laggunu basta
