Mutter Mushroom

Mutter Mushroom - Laxmi Bhandary


Ingredients: 200 gm mushrooms -sliced, 1 cup green peas, 4 onions, 3 tomatoes, a small piece ginger, 2 green chillies, 8 garlic cloves, 1 tsp coriander powder, 2 tsps chilly powder, a pinch of haldi powder, 2tbsps oil, 1tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves & salt to taste.

Method: Cook mushroom & green peas separately & keep aside. Heat oil in a pan. Put finely chopped onions & fry for 5 minutes. Add the powders said above & fry for a minute. Then add finely chopped ginger garlic , green chillies & fry a little. Add tomatoes & cook till soft. Then add mushrooms & green peas. Add salt to taste. Put some water if necessary. Cook on low fire. When it is done add chopped coriander leaves.
