Prawn Ghee Roast

Prawn Ghee Roast - Nandini Kini

recipe:

marinate 1 kg prawns with 1 lemon juice,1/2 cup curd,1 tbsp pepper pdr 1 tsp haldi pdr n salt..
roast 30 long red chillies, 8 short chillies,,1/2 tsp jeera , 1/2 tsp methi seeds, n grind this with tamarind n 12- 16 garlic cloves ..
heat oil roast marinated prawns till they r cooked , drain n keep aside.
in sameoil roast ground paste , add salt n prawns n cook , add 3o ml ghee ..n cook till it becomes dry ..garnish with daniya patta n serve with lemon wedges
