Hyderabadi Brinjal Masala - Nandini Kini
recipe:
wash n make slit in 8 baingans apply salt n keep 4 10 mins n deep fry it...
roast 1 tbsp peanuts, 2 tsp til, 2 tsp jeera n 1/4 cup fresh coconut separately n make fine paste.
to that paste add chopped daniya patta , kadi patta,haldi pdr, 2 tsp chilli pdr,1 chopped green chilli , 5 garlic cloves n lil ginger crushed ., n keep
in a pan take 3 tsp oil put mustard, kadi patta,jeera,add masala, n fry..for 5 mins,add 1 chopped tomato , lil tamarind n put fried baingans, salt n cook for 5 mins...
