Recipe;
Heat an iron skillet.add a tsp full of oil.when hot add 1/2 tsp of mustard. When it splutters add two ladleful of leftover idli batter,cover with lid and cook.when brown flip on to other side ,again add some oil and fry till crisp and brown.I have added some finely chopped curry leaves to the batter.
