ALOO + METHI SABZI

ALOO + METHI SABZI - Vidya Nayak Shenoy
Pre boil aloo. Heat oil add mustard seeds when it splutters add urid dal + green chillies + curry leaves... add methi leaves fry for a while till a get a nice aroma.. now add tomatoes n fry for a while add enough water n cubed aloos add salt n cook for a while....
