VATTUNU TOMATO SARU - Anuradha Mudalagiri Kamath
Grated coconut (1/4 cup)
2-3 green chillies
2 Red dry whole chillies
8-10 cloves garlic
1 piece of ginger
tomatoes.
Grind all the above to a paste adjusting salt and water as per desired consistency. Boil well. Season with mustard seeds, hing, curry leaves and red whole chillies in ghee. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves, serve hot.
