I GLASS RICE TO BE SOAKED FOR 4 HOURS AND THEN TAKE 1/4 GLASS COCONUT AND I GLASS THICK PHOVU SOAKED AND ADDED AND LIL HALDI POWDER AND ALSO SOME METHI SEEDS TO BE SOAKED WITH RICE AND I SMALL CUP OF YOGHURT AND JAGGERY TO TASTE AND LIL SODA BICAROBONATE AND A PINCH OF SALT. GRIND RICE WITH ALL THE INGREDIENTS AND FERMENT IT FOR 8 HOURS AND THEN MAKE SOFT SURNALIS SERVE WITH BUTTER OR GHEE...ULTIMATE HEAVENLY TASTE
