Spongy Surnali n Hing Chutney - Kiranmayi Kamath
3 measure dosa akki(rice), 1 measure phovo (beaten rice) soaked in curds n half tsp methi soak it for 4-5 hours.grind all together n add a ladle of curds stir it well n keep it overnight.Next morning prepare surnalis.
