SHUNTI ( DRY GINGER ) N PEPPER DOSA - Vidya Nayak Shenoy
Method:
- Raw rice 1 cup,urad dal 1 cup,soak both
- together in water for 4-5 hrs.Grind this to
- together in water for 4-5 hrs.Grind this to a coarse paste (previous stage of fine paste.rava consistency)Ferment overnite.
- Next day b4 preparing dosa add powdered jeera,pepper and dry ginger (shunti).
- Also add chopped curry leaves and prepare dosa a little thick close lid and roast the dosa on both sides applying oil.
