Kaali thori gashi surnu ghalnu

Kaali Thori Gashi Surnu Ghalnu - Anita Pai‎
Soak kaali thori overnight. Cook soaked thori n surnu pcs in pressure cooker n keep aside. Make a masolu with grated coconut abt 1 .5 cups along with 7-8 roasted red chillies n tamarind abt size of smAll lime. Make a fine paste n add to boiled thori. Season with salt n make a phann with mustard seeds n curry leaves.
