in the mixer like rava now sprinkle warm water
in which u have already put a pinch of salt and little haldi powder
the poha rava should become soft keep this aside
now take gud ----3/4 of the poha and make a thick
paak ---test it by pouring it in water it should become hard
now mix the poha and stir well till it thickens
take 1/2 measure of fresh grated coconut fry in pure ghee till golden brown add it to the phova and garnish with elaichi,Kaju,Kismis ,roasted teel thats all) Yummy PHOVA PANCHKADAYI IS READY TO EAT. ((Tku Uma Pradeep Singh )
