Left Over Chapati Sweet - Anuradha Mudalgiri Kamath
Recipe:Slice leftover chapati/phulka into two parts...fry it dry on a tawa to make it dry and crispy.
Make thick syrup out of jaggery,for that add the crispy chapati by crushing it in hand.For this
add cardamom powder and mix till it becomes stiff.Sweet is ready to serve.For this we can add dry fruits and give a shape of ladoo too.
