Cut the hard boiled eggs into halves and keep it aside. Take a kadai/wok add oil in it then add chopped onions and fry till it turns red..for this add green chillies, chilly powder and tamarind juice and mix well. Add a cup of water and give a nice boil to the masala. Add the eggs and cook for another 5-7mns. Panna upkari is ready to serve. I have added a spoon of dhania powder too.. Its for our taste but in original way usually many won't add.
