Pomfret Ginger Onion Curry

Pomfret Ginger Onion Curry - Seema MallyaIngredients: 3 Pomfret clean and cut into 2 piece 1 cup grated coconut 2 red long chilly 4 red small chilly tamarind 1/2 lemon size salt 1 medium size onion finely chopped 2tbs ginger finelly chopped 3 green chilly cut in to slices 3 - 4 tbs coconut oil Method: Clean & cut the fish apply 2 tbs coconut oil, salt n mix well keep it aside....Now grind the masala using grated coconut, red chilly, Tamrind n salt with little water. In a vessel add this ground masala chopped onion, ginger and green chilly once it boils add fish and keep it in simmer flame for another 15min. When u feel curry has done pour 2 tbs coconut oil close the lid and switch off the flame.. Serve hot with boiled rice or white rice
