Chiken Tangdi kabab with Breadcrumbs.- Seema Mallya
Ingredients:
10 chiken leg piece
1/2tbs ginger garlic peast
1/2tbs coriyander powder
1/2tbs geera powder
1tbs chilly powder
1 lemon juice
1 egg
For deep fry:
Oil & breadcrumbs
Method:
First clean the chiken leg pieces & apply all above said ingredients and mix well keep this for 2hrs or refrigerate for 1/2hr. Finally coat with breadcrumbs & deep fry in hot oil untill golden brown.
Remove & serve hot..
