Method:
Arabian delight , ... Recipe , soak chick peas overnight n drain , boil them next morning , discard the water , grind 2-3 garlic flakes, pinch of cumin powder, pinch of red chilli powder , olive oil, little garlic powder, boiled chick peas, tahini paste (use sesame seeds if unavailable)n grind to a smooth paste... (Avoid using water) , finally add salt n squeeze lime , mix well n serve with chilli paste , olive oil n olives.... Goes well with pita bread, Lebanese breads, or toasted breads.... Variation is add a piece of boiled beetroot to the chickpeas while grinding n enjoy beetroot Hamous.
