Gulla n Mashinga Sanga Talasani


Gulla n Mashinga Sanga Talasani - Nisha Baliga Shenoy

Ingredients:

5 Drumsticks chopped into 2 inch long pieces
1/2 kg Brinjal ( Matti Gulla) cubbed 
2 tbsp Garlic flakes peeled n crushed 
5 red dry chillies
oil
salt to taste.

METHOD

Heat oil in a Thick bottom pan.
Add the crushed garlic and fry it and then add chillies.
Now the drumsticks and stir fry for a while . sprinkle some water and close the lid for 2 minutes and cook .
when done add the brinjals and toss well. close the lid and pour some water on the top of the lid .
let it cook for 2 to 4 minutes.
Add salt to taste .
mix well.
