Mishti Dohi


Mishti Dohi - Nisha Baliga Shenoy

Strawberry n Mango flavoured Misti dohi

Ingredients:

1 litre full cream milk.
1 cup sugar or acc to ur taste 
1/2 cup mango puree or
1tbsp strawberry squash.
1tbsp yoghurt
1 sachet of Amulya dairy whitner (Rs 10)

How to proceed

1. Bring the full cream milk to boil and then keep stirring it on low flame till it reduces to 3/4.
2. Add sugar to taste and boil for few minutes.
3. let it cool.
4. when still lukewarm add the 1tbsp yoghurt and mix well or blend it well in a blender.
5. Make a paste of the dairy whitener with lukewarm milk and add to it and blend again.
6. For flavours u can add mango puree or strawberry squash.blend well.
7. pour into glasses or vessel. cover with aluminium foil.
8 .Allow it to set for overnite.Then chill for few hours before serving.
