JATPHAT PRAWN SUKKA - Vidya Nayak Shenoy
Method:
Fry 3 finely chopped onions, add around 6 crushed garlic flakes.When the onion turns brown, add 3 tomatoes.Fry it for few seconds till tomatoes become tender.Now add 2 tsp chilly powder, 2tsp coriander powder,1tsp cumin powder,1 tsp MDH chicken masala(for better taste),lil black pepper powder(optional), a pinch of haldi powder and salt.Fry it for few minutes.Now add Prawns.Once the prawns gets cooked, drop in some curry leaves and add coconut gratings. Mix it well.Add finely chopped coriander leaves.Switch off the gas and squeeze lemon juice evenly on it.
