Mackerel - 4pieces
Chilly powder
Turmeric powder - 1/2tsp
Coriander powder
Garlic paste
Onion -2(chopped)
Green chillies -2(chopped)
Garlic - 6flakes (chopped)
Salt to taste
Oil
Tamarind Extract - 4tsp extract of cherry size ball
Coriander leaves to garnish
Clean and put gashes on the fish. Apply salt , turmeric , chilly powder , turmeric powder, coriander powder, tamarind extract and keep aside for 1/2 an hour . heat oil in a pan , add chopped onions & garlic and fry till onions turn golden brown . then add green chilies and fry till raw smell goes. Then add the fish along with masala n some water . cover and cook till done. Garnish with coriander leaves.
