Microwaved Masala Peanuts

Microwaved Masala Peanuts - Kiranmayi Kamath
Method:

1 cup – peanut, 2 tbsp besan, 1 tsp chilli powder, 2 pinch hing powder, ½ tsp ajwain(optional), 1 tsp oil, salt to taste.
Wash the groundnut n drain. Mix,besan,salt,hing,chillipowder,oil ajwain with little water and coat the groundnuts uniformly with this masala ensure that the groundnuts are coated uniformly and no lumps are there In a microwave safe plate put the groundnut n microwave for a minute.Stir it n again microwave for a minute.Repeat this process till the groundnut is crisp but not brown. Enjoy.
