Butter Garlic Mushrooms - Anita Kamath Pai
Recepie :-
for 1packet mushrooms sliced ,1n half whole garlic pealed n chopped finely ,n one bunch of parsley chopped finely , first heat a wok n add a good helping of butter ,add then add garlic n let it become golden (ensure it's not burnt ) add some chili flakes now add the mushrooms n keep tossing till it sweats n then hoes dry now add salt to taste n crushed black pepper good helping ,let the mushrooms dry as much as possible add parsley n switch of the gas .give a good mix ... Enjoy the butter garlic mushrooms hot
