Andhra Chilly Chicken

Andhra Chilly Chicken - Nisha Baliga Shenoy
1/2 kg chicken or 10 pieces
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp haldi paste
1 tsp lime juice
20 chillies
1 tsp corn
Here the ratio of chilli is If U have 10 pieces of chicken then u must take 20 nos of green chillies.
this is my method of making this dish.

Method
Clean the chicken and mix in ginger garlic paste.
add salt n haldi pd.
Take 10 green chillies and crush it and add this to the chicken mix well.
Add lime juice and mix well.
Marinate it in refridgerator for 2 hours.
Heat oil in pan and add the marinated chicken and then remaining chillies as whole.dont chop.
add some water and cook it done . Half way make a paste of corn flour and add it to the dish to get a thick gravy.
check for salt n spicy.
Chilly chicken is ready.
U can serve with curd rice.
