Chicken Kakinada - Nisha Baliga Shenoy
Recipe:
1/2 kg chicken
4 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp curd
1 tbsp red chilli pd
1 tbsp dhania pd
1 tbsp seasame seeds ( Til )
salt to taste
2 eggs
50 gms cashew nuts
some curry leaves
1 /2 tsp haldi pd
pinch tandoori colour of food grade.
Oil to deep fry
Heat 1 tsp oil and fry the cashewnuts and curry leaves and keep aside.
Marinte the chicken with curds , colour, chillipd, haldi , dhania, ginger garlic paste, eggs and seasame seeds and salt to taste.
keep aside for one hour.
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the chicken on medium flame till done.
Garnish with fried curry leaves and cashewnuts.
