Prawn Hunan

Prawn Hunan - Laxmi Bhandary

Method: Apply corn flour, maida, salt & soya sauce to the prawns & deep fry, keep aside. Heat oil in pan & saute lots of garlic, 2 redchillies, soya sauce, tomato sauce & chilly sauce & vinegar. Make a gravy by adding cornflour mixed in water. Add the prawns, salt & lots of chopped spring onions
