1/2 MARBLE SIZE TAMARIND GRIND VD 1/2 TBSP HING
AND1/2 SPOON MUSTARD TO FINE MASALA AND KEEP ASIDE ....
CHOPP karela APPLY SALT SQUEESE WATER & DEEP FRY TO CRISP..
MIX VD MASALA AND TEMPER VD CURRY LEAVES AND MUSTARD ADD WATER TO GET PICKLE CONSISTENCY ...

for karela rings make a paste oss chilli powder 1 spoon corianderpow 1 spoon haldi 1/2 spoon salt as per taste 4 spoon tamarind juice apply to karela rings and keep aside 1/2 hour press or roll in rice flour and deep fry
