Baby Potato Masala Fry - Laxmi Bhandary

Ingredients: Boiled and peel baby potatoes half kg, garlic cloves 6 to 7, tamarind ball, marble size, Kumta chillies ( roasted) 25, 3 tbsps oil and salt to taste

Method: In a mixy put Kumta chillies, garlic cloves, tamarindand make a fine paste. In apan pour oil, then add above paste, and saute till its raw smell goes out. Then add boiled poatoes and salt, and saute till it blends
