Method:
Curds are required at the rate of 1 cup per 4-5 vadas. To the curds add minced ginger, chopped green chillies, little coriander leaves and salt according to taste. Soak vada in curds when cool. Season with mustard and curry leaves in oil. Keep aside and serve after an hour.
