Chicken Tikka

Chicken Tikka - Rama Kini‎Method:

Marinate pieces of about 300gms boneless chicken (preferably breast pieces) with 1 tsp chilli powder, salt to taste and juice of 1/2 lime. Keep aside for about 1/2 hour. Prepare a second marinade by mixing together 1/4cup hung curd,2 tsps fresh cream, 2 tsps besan, 1 tsp chilli powder, 1/2tsp jeera powder, 1/2tsp tandoor chicken masala powder, salt and 2 tsps oil. Mix till well blended. Rub this paste evenly on the chicken pieces and marinade for abou 3 hours. Cut green and red capsicum into pieces approximately the size of the chicken pieces. Pierce the chicken pieces on skewers alternating with pieces of red and green capsicum. Bake in a preheated oven at 200*C for about12minutws or till done. Grill for a few minutes further. Serve with garnishes of your choice.
