Tava Chicken Fry

Tava Chicken Fry - Nandini Kini

RECIPE:
take 5 boneless chicken pieces n marinate with 1/4 cup hung curd ,1/4 tsp chaat masala,lil haldi,1 tsp chilli pdr,1/4 tsp pepper pdr,1 /2 tsp bhuna jeera pdr,2 tsp roasted besan,1 tspginger garlic paste ,salt----keep this in d fridge for 1 hr . roll it in crushed cornflakes or bread crumbs n fry on tava adding lil oil...serve with mint chutney ,lemon wedges n salad.....
