Shavige Chitranna

Shavige Chitranna - Nandini Kini

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup cooked shevaiya
1/4 cup chopped capsicum
chopped coriander leaves
Lime juice to taste
salt to taste
Fresh grated coconut 2 tblsp

FOR TEMPERING:
4 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp urad dal
2 tsp chana dal
1 sprig of curry leaf
1/2 ts turmeric powder

PROCEDURE:
Cook shevaiya according to the instructions on the packet (I've used BAMBINO VERMICILI)
Heat oil in kadayi and add the temperings one by one and fry for 2 minutes
Add Chopped capsicum,little salt and keep covered for 5 minutes
Add cooked shavige,salt to taste,lime juice and toss well
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and grated coconut Serve with hot coffe or tea.

NOTE:
you can use any other shevaiya and also use green peas,carrot ,beans .
