Stuffed Ladies finger Tawa Fry - Nayana Kamath Pai
Recipe -
wash and pat dry bhindis. Cut the edges...make a slit and keep aside.
Mix rice flour, chilly powder, salt, hing and aamchoor powder. With a spoon stuff the bhindis with this mixture. Keep aside for 10 mins.
Make a thin paste of the remaining mixture...roll the stuffed bhindis in this paste and then roll on rava. Shallow fry on tawa. Use low flame only. Keep covered for the first two mins.
