Rajma Vada

Rajma Vada  -  Namitha Praveen Kamath

Actually this is an Andhra Delicacy.. Had seen this recipe on a TV show.
1 cup Rajma (Boiled and Ground to coarse paste), 2 tbsp Besan, 1/2 cup rice flour,1 small onion finely chopped, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 2-3 green chillies finely chopped, 1 pinch- Hing, 1tsp ginger garlic paste, Salt to taste.
Procedure:
Mix all ingredients together. It should be like nipattu dough.. Now wet ur hand, take a small amount n jus press it like nipattu.. n deep fry till golden brown
