Chutney Ghee Dosa - Vidya Nayak Shenoy
Recipe:
1 glass urid dhal, two glass raw rice, half tea spoon methi seeds, one spoon toor dhal soak all this for about 6 hours and then grind it to a fine paste , then add salt to taste and also one spoon of sugar to this batter and mix well ferment over night and next day make dosa...this dosa will be very crispy and will spread well. chutney recipe...fresh coconut, tamarind, fresh coriander seeds salt to taste grind all this and make a sukka chutney so that u need to spread it on the dosa...don't make it watery...spread chutney and fold the dosa and serve it hot...here the dosa is roasted only one side as it gets so crisp.
