Oats Methi Puri With Sheera

Oats Methi Puri With Sheera - Vidya Nayak.. Rcp: 
I used oats atta (aashirwadh brand), finely chopped fresh methi, salt, green chillies crushed in water and filtered to make puri dough. Smear oil and keep the dough covered for at least 30 minutes. When rolling the puris use oil, in this way when you fry puris, oil will be clean and no mess. Enjoy! It's wheat+oats may be50/50 Please note, use only fresh methi leaves as kasoori methi didn't give the same taste.
