Masala: 1/4 cup desiccated coconut + 3 dry red chillies + 5 cloves garlic + 1 " piece ginger + 1 tsp khus khus + 1 tbsp til ( sesame seeds ) ..
grind to a smooth paste... Heat oil in kadai fry one cup chopped onions.. till light brown,, add the ground masala n 2 large tomatoes chopped n fry till the oil leaves the sides.. add the boiled vegs. ( peas, carrots, french beans, cauliflower ) , salt , garam masala n 1/2 cup water n bring it to boil.. when done garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
