Sweet Potato(Kananga)Godshe

Sweet Potato(Kananga)Godshe - Laxmi Bhandary
Ingredients:
 sweet potato 1 big (cut in to cubes), coconut gratings 1 cup, jaggery 1 ball, cardamom powder 1 tsp, maida or corn flour 1 tbsp.

Method:
 Boil 3-4 cup of water. Add sweet potato cubes.When it is half done, add crushed jaggery and cook till done. Grind coconut gratings and extract juice. Add coconut milk to sweet potato.Bring to boil. Add maida (mix in to 1/4 cup of water).and cook for 2 minutes.Remove from flame.Add cardamom powder.
