Silver fish fry

Ingredients: 25 silver fish (motiyale), 1 and half spoon salt powder, 2 tbsps kashmiri red chilli powder, 1 tsp hing water , 1 tbsp rice flour + 1 tbsp bombay rava mix together.

Method: Cut, clean and wash silver fish. Apply salt, red chilli powder and hing water. Keep it for 1/2 an hour.Then roll the fish in to rice rava flour and deep fry it.
